
Matthew Block, PA-C
During his clinical training, Matthew completed two dedicated orthopedic surgery electives at Ortho Rhode Island and LBJ Tropical Medical Center in American Samoa, where he gained experience in outpatient clinics, inpatient care, and the operating room as a first assist.
Before becoming a physician assistant, Matthew worked as an orthopedic medical assistant with University Orthopedics. His additional healthcare experience as an EMT further strengthened his ability to evaluate and care for patients with acute injuries and medical conditions.
Matthew earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, graduating cum laude from Sacred Heart University, with minors in Human Clinical Nutrition and Chemistry. He is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and enjoys helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy.
